[DETAILS OF TERM 1 BEGINNERS CLASSES]

  • Wednesday class 7:45-8:45pm (Riccarton)

         Venue: Club Havana Dance studio (Level 1 / 52 Princess St, Riccarton) -Corner of Princess St & Dalgety St

 [Cost] 

  • Casual payment $15 per lesson (Discount casual rate $12 per lesson for students continuing from 2011)
  • Term payment $99 (10 lessons)

[HOW TO ENROL & PAY]

Enrolment is essetial. To enrol, please contact Yurie:  

To enrol, please let Yurie know your name, phone number, email and which class you wish to attend.  Also, please let her know which payment option you'd choose from three options (as below)

  • Pay term fee by bank deposit
  • Pay term fee at the beginning of first lesson (Cash or cheque)
  • Pay casually as you attend the class. $15 per lesson

[What is Open class?]

  • It's a class for beginners and experienced(pre-intermediate level) students
  • Class for students who'd like to to enjoy bellydance as a stress-free activity 
  • Class for students who don't want any pressure to perform or to get costume
  • Class for students who'd like to gain a good solid basic technique for bellydancing 
  • Class for students who'd like to get fit while having fun and gaining new skills
  • The Class is suitable for any ages & fitness levels
  • The class does not require any previous dance experience 

[What we do in the class?]

  • Learning basic technique(beginners & intermediate technique) & combos and drill them
  • Learning baisc veil techniques(beginners veil technique)
  • Fun fitness through learning a fun routines and drilling moves with Arabic music
  • Leanring a simple routine for fun

[What to wear / bring to the class]

  • Comfortable clothes to move; Tshirt, track pants, leggings, gym shorts, or loose skirts
  • For footwear; bare feet or socks on
  • Please bring a water bottle
  • Hip scarves and veils will be provided during the class (No need to purchase your own)

[What is the next step once student has completed one term]

  • Students are welcome to stay in this fitness focused class and enjoy bellydance as fun exercise
  • Students who want to learn more advanced skills can join Saturday Intermediate class
  • Students who are interested in performance can join Saturday Intermediate class
